Privacy
This policy will be finalized and dated before the hosted launch. The commitments below already hold.
What this site collects today
The public site sets no marketing trackers and runs no third-party advertising. Anonymous, aggregate visit counts may be collected to understand readership.
What changes with the portal
When member accounts open, the lodge will collect the minimum needed to verify standing and manage affiliation. Masonic membership is treated as sensitive personal information: it is never published without explicit consent, and verification evidence is retained only briefly and then destroyed.
Your rights
Members and correspondents may request a copy or deletion of their information by writing to the Secretary.
